Roles and Responbilities

  1. Implement strategic policies and formulate operational policies for the Transformation Bureau, risk management, and monitoring and evaluation.
  2. Formulate policies, systems, and procedures in the Transformation Bureau, risk management, and monitoring and evaluation.
    Prepare and be responsible for the Budget Work Plan (RKA) and Annual Work Plan (RKT) in the Transformation Bureau, risk management, and monitoring and evaluation.
  3. Prepare and be responsible for the University Transformation Plan, referring to the University’s Strategic Objectives
  4. Assist the Rector in coordinating the preparation of the University Budget Work Plan (RKA) and Annual Work Plan (RKT), ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and work plans.
  5. Prepare and be responsible for the University Development Plan.
  6. Organize the management of university ranking data for National and International rankings.
  7. Coordinate the dissemination of the final university data for national and international rankings.
  8. Explain the Policies and Strategic Plans set by the Rector in the field of Risk Management.
  9. Develop and implement the infrastructure for risk management, such as policies, guidelines, procedures for risk management implementation, etc.
  10. Coordinate the implementation of integrated risk management at both the work unit level and the university level.
  11. Prepare and submit the University’s Risk Profile Report to the Rector and the University Board/ Risk Committee on a regular basis.
  12. Provide input to the Rector, through the Head of the Transformation Bureau of Risk Management and the University Secretary, in the form of risk assessments on the university’s strategic plans.
  13. Formulate and establish a Risk Management Clinic program.
  14. Coordinate the periodic review of Risk Management Practices to measure the effectiveness and capabilities of risk management implementation.
  15. Collaborate with the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) in implementing the university’s “Three Lines of Defense” system.
  16. Work with the Internal Audit Unit to coordinate the implementation of evaluations and improvements to the university’s SPIP (Government Internal Control System) maturity.
  17. Implement strategic policies and formulate operational policies for the Monitoring and Evaluation Division.
  18. Formulate policies, systems, and procedures in the Monitoring and Evaluation Division.
  19. Prepare and be responsible for the Budget Work Plan (RKA) and Annual Work Plan (RKT) in the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.
  20. Organize and supervise the activities of the Head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division in the following:
    a. Preparing activity plans, system analysis, system development, and instruments, and conducting monitoring and evaluation;
    b. Coordinating with the University Leadership regarding activities related to monitoring and evaluation;
    c. Coordinating with parties both inside and outside the university regarding collaborations related to monitoring and evaluation;
    d. Providing guidance to work units and business units related to monitoring and evaluation;
    e. Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) collaboration with external parties of the university;
    f. Conducting evaluations of all university activity programs;
    g. Conducting performance evaluations for work units, business units, and academic implementing units.
  21. Prepare periodic reports on the activities of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division for accountability to the Rector.
  22. Represent the Rector both inside and outside the university, within the limits of authority according to the scope of duties.
  23. Carry out other duties assigned by the Rector.
  24. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of the Transformation Bureau, Risk Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
