Biro Transformasi, Manajemen Risiko, dan Monitoring Evaluasi UI (Bureau of Transformation, Risk Management and Evaluation Monitoring) or known as TREM is an office under the coordination of the University Secretary (SU). It consists of four divisions: the University Transformation Division, the Synergy, Alignment, and University Ranking Management Division, the Risk Management Division, and the Monitoring and Evaluation Division. TREM UI is responsible for managing transformation, enterprise risk management, and budget monitoring and evaluation (monev), as well as ensuring synergy between the strategic plan (renstra) and development across all UI organs.
